Professional Music & Video Distribution Terms for Artists, Labels and Distributors on Meloi Digital.
This Music Distribution Agreement is made between Meloi Digital and the Artist / Label / Distributor using the platform's services.
Meloi Digital provides Music & Video Distribution services that allow Artists, Labels and Distributors to release their content across worldwide digital stores and streaming platforms.
Meloi Digital provides the following distribution services:
Royalty share will be provided according to the plan selected by the Artist, Label or Distributor at the time of registration. Revenue will be calculated based on the actual earnings received from stores and platforms, and will be paid out as per the payment schedule mentioned in the selected plan.
The Artist, Label or Distributor confirms that they own full rights to the content submitted, or hold valid permission from the rights owner to distribute it. Meloi Digital only acts as a distribution partner and does not claim ownership of the submitted content.
The following content will not be accepted for distribution:
Royalty earnings will be added to the Artist, Label or Distributor account according to the reporting cycle of the stores and platforms. Withdrawal requests will be processed as per the payment method and minimum payout threshold set by Meloi Digital. Any subscription or plan fees paid to Meloi Digital are non-refundable once the distribution process has started.
Meloi Digital provides Content ID services to help identify and monetize the use of distributed content across digital platforms. False or fraudulent Content ID claims are strictly not allowed and may result in account suspension.
The Artist, Label or Distributor may request removal of their content from stores and platforms at any time. Please note that removal may take a certain processing time depending on each store's policy, and previously generated royalties will remain unaffected.
Meloi Digital is not responsible for delays, rejections or restrictions caused by third-party stores, streaming platforms, or changes in their distribution policies.
If the Artist, Label or Distributor violates the terms of this agreement, Meloi Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate the distribution services and remove the related content from all stores and platforms.
Both parties agree to keep account information, earnings data and login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time to reflect changes in services or platform policies.
By submitting content for distribution through Meloi Digital, the Artist, Label or Distributor agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement.
